Polo Lessons & Chukkas - Booking, Cancellation, Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/25

1. Booking Confirmation

Upon confirmation by Cool Hooves Polo of your polo activity booking, either by WhatsApp or on email, our cancellation policy comes into effect.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by Cool Hooves Polo on WhatsApp or on email, 48 hours prior to the booked polo activity.

3. No-Show

If you do not attend the booked polo activity Cool Hooves Polo will not be liable to refund any payment made by you.

4. Late Arrival

4.1. If you advise us that you are going to be late for your booked polo activity, Cool Hooves Polo will make every reasonable effort to push back the start time but this cannot be guaranteed. We will also endeavour to carry on after the polo activity should finish, for the full time period booked, but again, this cannot be guaranteed.

4.2. If we are not advised in a timely manner, that you are going to be late for your booked polo activity, Cool Hooves Polo will endeavour to contact you by phone and WhatsApp. If we are unable to contact you, we will not be able to guarantee the facilitation of the polo activity should you arrive late. In this case no refund will be given.

5. Payment

5.1 Full payment is required upon confirmation of your polo activity, unless you have an account set up.

5.3 Payment can be made by credit or debit card (excluding American Express) or by bank transfer. We will provide our bank details upon receipt of your booking.

6. Refunds

If you cancel your polo activity prior to the 48 hour notice period, a full refund will be given within 5 working days of your request, which needs to be received by Cool Hooves Polo on WhatsApp or on email.
